Instructions
In medium saucepan, bring 4½ cups water to a boil. Whisk in contents of this pouch. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15–20 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool.
How To Serve
For additional flavor, add 2 tablespoons butter. For thicker soup, cook uncovered. For variety try adding corn, cooked bacon or ham, clams, chicken, or shrimp.
